Meson and Baryon resonances

In this talk I review recent advances on the structure of the meson and baryon resonances which can be dynamically generated from the interaction of mesons or mesons and baryons. Particular emphasis is put on results involving vector mesons, which bring new light into the nature of some of the observed higher mass mesons and baryons and make predictions for new states.

Meson-Meson and Meson-Baryon Interactions in Lattice QCD

We study the meson-meson and meson-baryon interactions in lattice QCD. The simulation is performed on 203 × 24 lattice at β = 5.7 using Wilson gauge action and Wilson fermion at the quenched level. Hadronic molecules : meson - baryon hybrids

The existence of hadronic molecular-type hybrids consisting of a baryon and a meson is argued. Long-range interactions due to one-pion exchange are shown to be strong enough to produce a loosely bound state. Specific features of a molecular hybrid are discussed.
